So we are contemplating our first rental property out of a direct mail campaign we were doing.

Well, it's been a few years but after the success of finding our latest project house by sending out a letter, we figured it was time to start up another yellow letter campaign.  

I didn’t know the HOA could simply campaign against STR and then vote them out. 

Maybe we can compare notes after you do your first mailing campaign and we can share positives and negatives of the programs we bought in to.What's your timeframe for getting your first mailer out?  

You might also consider a small yellow letter campaign to find an appropriate property that you like.  

Direct mail tends to work best when you send a campaign of 5-7 different pieces, 4 weeks apart from each other.

I'm going to put out the remainder of my signs this weekend and I'm going to start my direct mail campaign.
