My recommendation is to work with a knowledge independent agent that can pair you with the right company.  

Work with a real estate agent Make sure to thoroughly check out potential properties by conducting inspections, condition assessments, financial analysis, and reviewing zoning regulations.

Or what about the syndicator who wanted to complete a condo conversion but the units are going to be geared towards empty nesters and that buyer is not motivated to make that next move until rates calm down & the GP is forced to continue to carry a building as a rental asset when that's not its true or highest and best use but still projects to be an excellent development once the market conditions are better aligned..... 

Educate yourself on the local market, network with other investors and agents, and always have a solid plan in place before making any investments.

It’s not so much to help the end buyer buy the deal.

Economically it doesn't make sense to pull some of these homes to my parks, but I would like to be able to connect the seller with a reliable buyer who has a use for the homes.

As a buyer of a property, you want title IN YOUR NAME.

This market is tricky, so having an agent that is active and understands this market is super important.  

They build in so much into the purchase price to give the buyer "closing cost credits" that it basically makes comepeting impossible.
