I have a home (3/2 ranch) with almost no curb appeal.  

I would LOVE to get a feel for how these conversations might go, initial objections that come up, and how to handle some of the hot heads that want to curb-stomp me for being so bold as to send them such a tactless mailer.If I am correct in thinking that what I'm looking for does not exist or is just unavailable to me, does anyone have any tips, pointers, words of wisdom, things to avoid saying etc. concerning pre-foreclosure respondents (or any type of respondent).  

On top of all the benefits I listed I will also be able to add $600k in value over a two year period even further boosting returns.

To sell now or curb what's  wrong.So this is my answer to those of you who ask, Quicken or QuickBooks?

Well - - I tried but failed;  here's what I was faced with.Talking to the zoning department, each property needed 120ft off curb and I only would have had 100 so right off the bat, I failed.Had that been the ok, I would have to have separate utilities installed and separated the common sewer.In my case, there would also have to be a deed restriction for maintenance and easement for the common driveway between the two.

Your debt isn't going away very soon and I would rather use what I have to begin or boost my investing career than sink my money into debt.

I have started playing with facbook boosted posts and ads and I am finding this the least productive.

We also pay $100.00 once a year to have an annual trimming done on the trees.When you scale it makes much more sense just to strip everything down and lose the curb appeal, when we go to sell a property we install all new "pretty" plants and have the landscape look brand new for marketing.

(Not a huge boost in income) What you are also getting, however, are tenants who have a nicer place to live.
