I don’t like a blanket policy for anybody to stop paying their bills.

Bill gates said 6 to 10 weeks if we do everything right might have CV under control. 

And typically the contractors that require any mid-progress draw are the same ones that are consistently behind on payroll and their bills, and your job is simply paying back bills.

I wrote my state legislators about it late last week but unfortunately mine are co-sponsoring the bill so I don't think they will change their minds. 

Multi tenants are almost never responsible for the water bill and, depending on the neighborhood and the HVAC systems in the building, the owner may be on the hook for paying to heat the building as well (Is is one central system like a boiler, or separate like forced air or electric heat?

Trying to gauge peoples thoughts on the impact of a Corona bill that includes a moratorium on evictions for 6 months along with the suspension of mortgage payments during this time.  

How will the stimulus bill affect real estate professionals? 

I did manage to save $900 a month over my previous 9% loan, but these requirements were ridiculous since I had been paying all my bills fine until then without these drastic measures and red tape.

The hilarious thing is they expect me to refund the deposit so they can pay other bills they have accumulated.
