How will the stimulus bill affect real estate professionals? Any CPA's on here. Would love to hear from you and any advice for BP members who are full time investors or realtors.

Some parts seem rather unclear can self employed get 4 months of unemployment. It sounds as if we may be able to as self employed get paid back 1/4 of last years salary (equivalent to 4 months) if can show work was affected by virus. Curious what "affected" means, a slow down or a complete closure is necessary? The monthly checks what happens if we showed over $100k net for 2019 taxes but 2020 is now impacted by reduction in business? No benefit at all?
