The owner claimed it was zoned as a 3 flat, but the zoning certificate came in as a 2 flat a few days before closing.

If people have to park on that slope it may be an issue for tenants, but if there is adequate flat space at the top of the driveway for them to park I don't think it will be a big deal as long as the units are in good shape, etc..
