Don't worry about fancy inspection software that costs an arm and a leg and has a steep learning curve.

Why not manage yourself and set it up to be 99% automated my bnb costs me 1-2 hours at absolute most a week.

I have two rental properties. I self manage one property as it is very close to my house and the other is out of state and managed by a PM company. I was looking for an easy to use and maybe even free tracking...

Also - some of the paid software though will send out your listing to all those listing sites as part of the PM software service.

I'm trying to build an automated way to track this information, and I figured there's some crazy smart & resourceful people here that may have the answer.What am I trying to do? 

I use TransUnion through my PM software.  

I'm a novice agent, I'm finding out I might be better suited to investing than to working open houses etc.Rather than spend on gurus, I'm thinking some good software might be a big help.

Use software like Stessa.com for your book keeping/property performance tracking.
