Did they mention size when getting their "pre-approval"?

Hi everyone, my name is Will and I'm not only new to bp but also to real estate and investing.I've wandered the forums for the last couple weeks and decided to join today as I was pre-approved for my first mortgage this morning.

This isnt on FHA, of course, but there are lots of loan programs out there.The money is out there, but the people that have it sitting around not doing much are usually very risk averse.

That's why Matthew's suggestion makes sense - it must be part of an existing, approved unit to meet the legal 3-unit designation.As far as breaking the law for living there...I don't know.

Not their marketing to buy their program, but the actual information in the program.

Is it the programming side of things (Java C# Python etc) or is the A+, Network + fixing hardware and software side of things?

I've heard of a couple people even rolling closing costs into the loan, but the market in my area was so competitive last summer/fall our offers were never approved.
