Will this lower the ARV b/c there are less bedrooms?

Do an inspection of the unit and feel the bedroom walls. 

I’m closing on a 2 bedroom in Pigeon Forge in a few weeks.

Purchase price: $155,000 This is my primary residence, 3 bedroom 2 bath.

You can get a fairly new (10 years old) home, 4 bedrooms, and rents 3-4 weeks out of the month (@650 per week) in a gated community for $150-$200,000.

Also if I ever go to sell can I still list as five bedroom even if 5th bedroom was not permitted? 

All seem to be in good shape.  3 bedrooms with 2 baths in each unit.

I'm a renter.I pay 2200 a month for a little micro one bedroom apartment.
