We'll have a more mature and experienced team with all the frosh/sophomores we're currently playing as well as the skill positions still being manned by current QB, running backs, tight ends and most of the defense.

Cross over into Indiana and you can find some good deals with a more landlord friendly environment.  

I have also used Myrental.com and they gave a more indepth screen on the tenant.

A more sophisticated way it to create a reserve chart. 

They should have sold when they were in a more down market, then they could have moved into the more expensive, yet also price suppressed home.
