Listen to podcast, read books, watch videos, browse the forum, and see what keeps pulling at you and dive into that topic more.

I would compare it to car repair, if you can watch a youtube video and feel confident changing out a part, then by all means save the money.

I would consider paying a neighbor to watch for activity is you are not going to drive by.

Hi guys, I have read a some of your books and watched some of your videos, but right now, I am feel so bad. let me present myself, I just got in the US 9 years ago, I bought my first house in 2016, single home 3 bed and 1 bad, 1 1/2 stories, 1 1/2 acres.

I do not believe that you have to be licensed in the state of where you sent your referral, but I am not certain.I will be watching this thread closely to see what the actual answer is as I just earned my MLO license as well, and am very interested in the official ruling.Thank you for the post!
