I have an MLS report and I’m trying to figure out the ARV but have not studied too many reports this far, can you get arv from an mls report?

It’s a lot of information out there but I’m trying to weed out the information that’s not really useful and find the best stuff for me to study or get into to help me get started.

As for pricing, I would study the market and determine what they're worth and charge that.

Im a huge fan of @Michael Blank and have studied his material for a long time. 

I have been studying RE for the past 2 years specifically wholesaling.

I think it has some potential but I don't know for sure I think they have case studies on their website I'm hoping someone responds with some first hand experience

I've been studying and analyzing deals for about two years and am finally able to get pre-approval; I'm self-employed so it's taken a decent amount of tax prep to have my records looking good.
