20 Years Old (Wholesaling Real Estate In NJ)

I’m 20 Years Old from NJ and just learning about wholesaling real Estate as a whole and I don’t know where to start. Any advice on where to start, videos to watch, groups I can join ? It’s a lot of information out there but I’m trying to weed out the information that’s not really useful and find the best stuff for me to study or get into to help me get started.

@Kydrique McCray yes go on Meetup website and start listening to Max Maxwell wholesaler elite . And start driving around your area and look for abandoned houses and unkept houses .then go to the county website and look up property information where at in NJ because I'm right here in pa .
