ARV from mls report?
Hey everyone,
I am about to purchase my first investment property, maybe, and I am trying to find out the best way to go about it. I have an MLS report and I'm trying to figure out the ARV but have not studied too many reports this far, can you get arv from an mls report? A little back log on this home is, it is a single-famiy home with a wall framed in, making it a multi family home, at least it will be after I'm done with it. There is only one kitchen on one side so I would have to plumb in the other side, put in new countertops, cabinets, cook top, fridge and do minimal repairs. It is a 1/1 on the vacant side and the other side is occupied (also a 1/1) it's going for 65k, any info is appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
