Before today I actually thought I was a pretty good landlord...provide a quality product...have all my tenants setup on routine maintenance visits, and even send out gift cards around the holidays. 

We see a drop from 04 into 05 & 06 as some exotic zero down products were hitting the market, and a dip again in 09 as the government did all they could to stimulate the market.  

Seems fairly straight forward but I do not see this advertised much as a product feature.Thanks,Ken

Again, these can be tapped instantly.A bank can and usually does offer either or both of these products.

As a superintendent for a production and semi custom builder I'm expected to be as organized as possible.

The actual wear layer on coretec is similar to much lower priced products.

The creation of a true Right to Housing bumps squarely against issues of location and access.
