I have a question for all the BP experts.I am fully aware (and abide by) all owner occupant requirements when dealing with any type of government owned/marketed homes (HUD, Homepath, etc).However - I ran across a new listing today that is simply bank owned (national lender) in which they are forcing a 14-day owner occupant only period.

If you pass the final exam then you go take the states test which has state and national questions on it.Usually AMP or similar provides the state tests and venue.If you pass that you are granted an inactive license card until you assimilate and join a brokerage.

Adam,you need to find a portfolio lender with different loan criteria like a local(non national) bank who invests only in the community or a direct lender like New American Financing and such.Big banks like Chase or Bank Of America won't touch you these days after the 4th property.
