Reputable Lenders in Georgia

Has anyone had any positive experiences with lenders in Georgia that you can recommend? Please share your experience with them.

I am looking to get a loan on a quadraplex to rent out. This would be my first deal.

I am willing to partner with someone, but I would still like to look for a lender in case it is needed.

Check into Movement Mortgage. I'm doing a cash-out refi with them and so far, so very good.  All they do is lending on real estate, and have lots of different programs and products. They're relatively new in Georgia and growing fast.   Good luck!
