While we elected (with owner approval) to not list units during the peak / worst of the pandemic, we did just list 3 units this past week and will be listing another 4 in the next week or two.

I'm predicting, we are at the peak of the market, or at least really near it. 

We're still only 1/3 to the 2005 peak. 6.

OK I did not see that anywhere but that makes sense these are down basically sales costs from the peaks..

There were some silver linings with $100 oil.  1) that price along with technological developments let Fracking take off which meant the end of hearing idiots espouse about peak oil.  

The average sold price of Breckenridge condos saw a year-over-year increase (2015 vs 2014) of 15%, but our residential Average Sold Price for Summit County needs to increase by another 11% to equal the average sold price in 2008, when it reached its peak.

We also increased over holidays, peak season, etc.  

Generally, my search is within about 30-50 miles but I was seeing what was slightly outside that and found some things that peaked my interest. 

Will it continue to go up are we at a peak and I should get rid of it and reinvest elsewhere?
