Looking for a recommendation for an iPhone app to use when driving for dollars that will allow route tracking and saving all on one map.

I have tried Venmo and Cash app but not getting much feedback about it from tenants.

I'd recommend arming yourself with as much education as possible, so you don't fall into any traps....Download a good rental property evaluator app or analysis tool online so you can plug in numbers and get an overall idea of each property.

It would also be nice to be able to request colleagues from the app.

TD offered the Helocs 5 years ago for what sounds like similar terms to yours - interest only for 10 years, fairly low rate, annual maintenance fee, app fee, etc.What you need to keep in mind is that the 10 year interest only period is reviewed at the 5 year mark.

Looking to find a collaborative app where my partners and I can quickly input a new expense on a rehab that we can all view and approve before moving forward.
