What is your process for collecting rents. I currently have a 4 family home that I inherited tenants and they are used to paying in cash for their rent. I am working on doing away with taking cash and would some feedback on credit/debit card services to take rental payments on. As of Dec 1 my plan is to send out a letter to all tenants above no more cash being accepted as a form of payment. What are your thoughts on this?
