Everyone pushes this Red Flag deal with selling all this programs and snake oil books, and I have never heard of anyone going to jail or paying a fine, and most auto dealers don't follow the Red Flag they have their own in house compliance.

However, it is a J-O-B at least as much if not more than it is an investment, unless/until you scale a flipping business and build a flipping team that you can put on auto-pilot, but this will definitely not be the case starting out.
