BP Calculators malfunctioning???

My partners and I are trying to use the fix and flip calucltors to analyse a property. All 3 of us have the same exact numbers in the required field but the results are EXTREMELY different. Also the curor information tabs are not working. Is something going on with the system? We have to present a deal in the morning. I've used to calcultors several times and somethinf seems VERY off HELP!!!
