I have been building rapport with this individual for years and have finally been given this bone, any tips are greatly appreciated.

I checked on Better.com and don’t qualify even above $200k yet.Anyone have ideas or tips on what I can do to boost my credit history in order to qualify for larger loans?

Any tips on figuring this out? 

Call me a cynic, but in my experience a local saying “I’m just looking for a quiet weekend with my beau” can be translated directly to “I’m going to invite 30 people over, trash your house, and if all goes well the police will be called and you’ll have to pay your cleaners more than you earned on this booking.” 

Does anyone have particular tips on getting up to speed on this from a REI perspective? 

Any other tips on this would be greatly appreciated as it is our first endeavor into this space.

What tips might you have for negotiating a deal on new construction? 

Get the most mileage you can out of this + a blog and then when you are at a tipping point or losing proven business because of your lack of a fully spun website, jump to one of the big hosting and design companies.

If anyone has any tips or tricks or advise for single family homes investing please message me or comment cause I’m a little nervous to get started.
