Property Management in JT

Hello Friends, we recently bought a 4BR 2 Bath home in JT. It is secluded in location but at the same time close to downtown. We would like to do vacation rental in that do airbnb and be able to use it few weekends for ourselves because we love the desert and to hike. Is there a reliable airbnb property manàgment company you know of or would recommend few and what is a reasonable fee to expect? Also we have a beautiful trailer on site and I understand the airbnb permit would be for one.or the other. Did i get that right? Thanks in advance for your tips.
