no, i'm not interested in discriminating against folks based on race/color/nationality/national origin/religion/sex/disability; whether under my own primary residence's roof nor any clients' but actually bewildered that such a detailed act would point out 'race' 'color' and 'nationality' or 'national origin' but not touch upon ethnicity; same for 'sex' but not even touch upon gender identity or orientation.. at least at the federal level.and likewise, what about language?

The plan is to fix up the properties (basic touch up) and put them back on the market and hopefully sell within 90 days.

Banks wont touch her, for the balance...she called the realtor and all he wants is to go by the books...she's a very motivated BUYER...I suggested Homeowner finance for her...

I admitted to my doings, and told him I was really glad I got in touch with him, because I'd been calling around for 2 months trying to figure out what I could/couldn't do with my signs.

The property have the following issues: require new roof, 4 doors, 3 windows, 2x kitchen update, 2x bathroom slight update, appliances, new Hvac system (heating is electric baseboard) and other touch ups like paint and etc... i contacted 2 contractors and they gave me between 40-59k rehab cost.
