Once I have that confirmation I call the guest.  

Called the inspector several times over 3 weeks.

See if someone at Navy legal, or whatever your branch of military is called, for recommendations.

. -1 yr later felt called to the Fire service and step back from being a missionary.

Rather than rushing to get an attorney (most are expensive and not so nice) why don't you try the human approach (like you would want someone to do for you) and call your tenant and ask:-What concerns do you have about moving?
