Contact details and skip tracing

I am trying to evaluate different products for contact details (phone, email, etc.) for Driving for Dollars and other segments in my market. As a real estate agent, I have access to the MLS to select a variety of lists. This would be for my personal investing, as well as to get real estate listings. I don't want to pay for all the bells and whistles of an investor type product, but still need the phone numbers. Does anyone know of a good product? I am going to try DealMachine and PropStream for their trial. But again, I think they offer a lot more than I need.

I was using PropStream for a while, but I found for phone numbers, using sites like https://www.truepeoplesearch.com/  gave me better results. That’s just my experience…
