We add the extra grab bars in showers and change all doorknobs to door handles. but think new Covid-19 changes to construction and new technology like the standing wheelchair will change many things like the counter height. so waiting for them before any new conversions. lots of new tech for the blind so making all units Smart Building ready for 2021 will help. as many amenities as you can add will increase your rents in the right areas.

I would like to get really organized this time around with keeping track of my spending.Does anyone have a recommendation for a good rehab budget template or maybe any other apps/ tech to help keep track of things????

Just like stock investing, if you don't have a high risk tolerance you shouldn't be betting on the new tech startup that could either be the next big thing or go bankrupt in a week.
