I've read and heard a million times about pulling out equity in a home and then using that to acquire more property, but I've never put it into action.I wanted to hear from the BP community about:-the best way to implement this strategy- loan companies to talk to, realtors in Las vegas etc-I don't think they want to manage the property, so perhaps a property manager-A good real estate agent to find their next houseThank you!

I've read some say not to to accept rent with "credits" towards the purchase price because the court may say they already had an interest in the house because of the payments.One RE attorney I talked to said the CA Realtor forms are sufficient too.

A friend is looking to purchase a vacant lot for around 10k however it has over 150k worth of liens City of NMB code enforcement (the liens   were placed on a bulk of lots since the previous owner never kept up the lots).From what we read in the title report the actual liens pertaining to the property is only around 6k however the "bulk" lien placed on all vacant lots is around 150k.Anyone ever deal with this before?
