Since commercial valuation is based heavily on tenant income streams, doesn't having a commercial space being fully occupied help when you are selling (whether by choice or being forced to due to lack of refi options) and also help bolster application when you are seeking refinance?

I just believe that people who are making good money doing this wont confirm it because it is a nice income stream if you know what you are doing.As I said before I am charging ahead with it and I will let you all know how it goes.

The water gushed in into the hallway and basement. 30min later, another water pipe bursted on 2nd fl bathroom, the water was then streaming from the ceiling going down to the 1st floor another tenant’s bedroom( we caught right away and used the bucket to catch the water) which affected 1st floor tenant.

Basically the pipe becomes a giant resistor which heats up and melts the ice.Not every pipe that freezes breaks.In the future leave a pencil lead size stream of water running in the sinks and tubs and it will at least protect those lines.
