Why not use some of the next 87,600 hours you plan to wait to hit your goal to learn to invest without cash and maybe speed the process up?  

However, I feel there are plenty other  choices if you want to speed a little less like $950, and there are many other good choices if you want to spend a little bit more like $1250....It is just a matter of waiting for someone that wants to spend $1100.....

I've done it many times over 10 yrs with no issues (knock on wood) and my attorney is ok with this as long as it's pretty evident that the tenant moved out; I liken it to going 5 miles over the speed limit.

I like to set my shutter speed so that I don't have to worry about blur from camera shake - but if you use a tripod, that's not a worry.
