Hi, just joined BP to add to my tool box. I own a screen printing shop (t-shirts, embroidery etc.) and am now going through the steps of getting a traditional loan. Running into speed bumps do to prove of income. I'm ready to start investing and looking forward to interacting and meeting like minded individuals in my local area.

@Cristian Iraheta i had trouble with my first mortgage as all my income was from my business. Smaller banks are more flexible and had a lot of dodd frank regulations rolled back recently. If you haven't already done it, try a community bank or two. Good luck!
