Due to the experience of my first home purchase, the second time around was a lot less stressful.

We are first time landlords and are learning a lot from this stressful process.

I'd pay the $400 though, it's worth it due to the additional stress and headaches the company causes.

Very normal timelines though-nothing to stress about yet.

I’ve had to force the sale of property in a partnership through the court system and it’s time consuming and eats away at your profit and can ruin friendships and/or family relationships besides creating a lot of stress.

I felt sometimes I have to wait for the tenant's response to make decisions and sometimes if the tenant takes a long time to respond, I felt stressed.
