I have gotten screwed owning property in Dallas because of it.but when you look at these tiles they are flat to the roof I bet they will be pretty darn tough to break.Although on all my new turn keys that I am doing I am putting on Metal roofs for the hail protection and the energy savings my turn key clients will have for their tenants.

I see a fixed rate as a safer play but since I don't have to put any additional money out of pocket with my current financing option I'm thinking I should go ahead and stick with it.I could always refinance later on, right?
