Looking for a mentor!
Hey bigger pockets,
I'm a new investor, originally from Delaware. I'm planning on purchasing my first property this year to use as a house to live and also rent.
I'm looking to connect with likeminded people in the area and possibly a mentor to show me the ropes!

Plenty of people in the area...your best bet is start going to your local meetups (www.meetup.com) and start connecting with people face to face.
