Taxes are very high here in Connecticut so looking at the 1% rule, it is more like a 1.2% rule round here.

There is no shortage of good deals out there, none, it simply requires intelligent hard work to identify and source them thats all and to no surprise a great many people want to approach REI with all the effort of a lottery ticket or scratch-off, it simply does not work that way.
