With home depot you can sign up for a pro account and link a credit card to text2confirm and home depot will text you a link to pictures and prices of everything the contractor intends to buy and you reply with "1" if you accept the purchase

@David Wurzel our attorneys are lined up and ready to serve eviction notices the day it becomes legal again.We have hired a number of attorneys to ensure that one of them will be good at cutting through the red tape and get us to the finish line.In the meantime we are holding off on deferred maintenance and only taking care of emergencies while keeping in line with the governments request for social distancing by allowing tenants to use credit cards to pay rent online.Lots of big deals will be hitting the market soon!

They will likely base their decision on a series of questions:- who controlled how the work was done- was he paid hourly, daily, or weekly or was he paid by the job- did he advertise his services (bus cards, ads, online)- did he work for anyone else- did he have his own tools- did he supply the materials- did you have a contract with him- did he invoice you for the paymentsI would strongly suggest locating and talking to an Attorney who deals with Workers Comp. in your state.
