Most people think, stock market = stock picking which is stupid IMO.There is a reason why the all of the biggest players (even in RE) gravitate towards the stock market, in one shape or form.

I say wholesaling community cause there can be some friction between us and other players in RE when bad deals are brought to end buyers or we step on realtors toes etc....

Looks like many share this opinion, but I believe Austin is getting over saturated at the moment and the scale is starting to tip more towards institutional investors making up the majority of viable players in that market.
