gas leak boiler!

hi everyone! need help here. our boiler in out 11unit building has a gas leak accordng to peoples gas. so they need to shut it off. anyone experienced this?! totally clueless what to do. we have tenants in place. and this is our first time to be landlord. i called hvac company but didnt showed yesterday..called several today but couldnt come til next week... please help!!!
