Commissioner's Auction Experiences in Louisville

Has anyone had experiences in Louisville, KY, with the Commissioner's Auction? My uncle got a deal there, but I have heard of many people paying more than 100% of property value. Anyone have personal experience? I'm going to attend one without bidding just to see the atmosphere and methods of the sale.

Thanks!

@Jay Ingram Its a good place to get a deal once in a while. I will say that to me most folks overpay there. Also I feel that the banks usually buy them back, In other words for me its usually a waste of time as there are a ton of regulars and a lot of competition. Good place to network and meet other investors, attorneys and such. I would go if you haven't been just to see and learn... Who knows you "might" get a deal.
