The old saying is "You marry the property, but date the rate" meaning the property can be held a long time but you can refinance over and over.

The sooner this is over the better off you'll be.If you find drug stuff while you're there just have the hauler take it to the dump.

Overall, I think more people would say that finding deals is harder though, just my opinion!
