And it is sad how any and all government officials (elected or not, local or federal) just cave under any pressure when it involves covid.

The property was officially transferred to the buyer on closing day.

Googled this as I was looking for the same info and official answers and updates from Apr of this year here.

I was approved on 9/6 and today it shows my payment schedule haven’t gotten the official email yet!

In our case the rules were county based, so you might be able to talk to your local county officials. 

Since today is my "official" beginning, I can't really say what's changed over time, but I embrace change.

You may also have to select a federal court as venue to address a matter depending on the nature of the issue since the state is likely to say you have no standing if it in fact explicitly states that series are not recognized.Have you reached out to the secretary of state's office in North Carolina to get an official response?
