I have read numerous things and am looking for Virginia Law as they seem to be different everywhere.Any input or stories would be helpful.

So as of now, planning on moving forward alone.I presently work a 9-5 job which occupies most of my daytime hours.Would appreciate any thoughts or advice anyone has to extend -- sorry for being windy - if you feel I could shorten anything up or provide less info or more in a particular area please let me know or if you have a recommendation for a different section of the forum to place this topic in.Thanks in advance - reading here the past 2-3 months and listening to the present and old podcasts during the week has led me to rethink the path I was on and set some clear and concise goals for myself.  

So just do as much reading on the forums as you can, listen to all the podcasts and you will start finding out what subjects you need to know more about. 

I couldn't agree more with @Chad Anderson - I also recommend listening to the BP podcasts.

I started listening to the podcasts about 5 1/2 weeks ago and listened to all 132 in that time.

I have been reading the forums and listening to podcasts for the past couple of months to educate myself.

I am also a Realtor, which has been incredibly convenient to my investing.I have probably listened to about 60 podcasts in two months!
