Hello! My name is Joy Hardin and I am super excited to have found Bigger Pockets! My husband and I currently own one single family rental home. We really enjoy being landlords and have a goal of starting our own property management company in a few years, but first I plan to get my real estate broker license in order to gain some experience in the industry. I have really enjoyed listening to the podcast. They are really informative and Brandon and Josh crack me up! I know some people are not crazy about their jokes, but they make me laugh! My family will be moving to the Jacksonville, FL area on Saturday and am looking forward to all that Sunny FL has to offer! See you around BP.
