I'm enjoying the responsibility and I plan to steer my business from the "slumlord" mentality (that many investors in our area have) to a quality portfolio with quality tenants.  

Therefore, the seniors have to rely on assistance from the government.Animals do not have the ability to plan their financial future, (sane) adults do, but the entitlement mentality has already passed onto Gen Y (my generation), which is truly a sad state of affairs.Although I know nothing about politics and don't really follow it, i think its interesting to scroll through facebook and see my high school or college friends who aren't doing well financially, and might I add always blame others for their troubles, are overwhelmingly promoting and peddling Bernie Sanders.

I get exhausted with emailing or handing out apps, answering phone calls etc especially when there's tenant turnover. 

I now want to start making more money off of it.I have found a really nice duplex for around $150,000.I don't know if it's a good idea, a good deal, if I can get financed or anything about buying something like this.I've spent hours listening to bigger pockets podcasts and reading forums, seeking advice and a mentor but I just haven't found the key to unlock this mystery.I work a hard job physically and mentally demanding that I hate and I'm looking for a way out.Can anyone give me a simple rundown on how to get started in multifamily properties or put me in contact with someone in or around Arkansas that is honest and can help?

I can understand this same mentality since I went through something similar.He found and had a great deal, but undervalued the ARV when attempting to sell.

Not sure how the eviction judges are in Tarrant county........I am mentally scared with these evictions and hope it doesnt go that far in my case.Any lessons learnt from the process might help others like me...Thank you for your help.

Definitely appreciate the mentality that utilizing someone's money is a great responsibility not to be taken lightly.
