Be able to dominate the competition there and continue your education at whatever you choose to do.Watch out for what you see on the Internet, it typically has a bunch of people that try to make it by making emotional sales for things you do not really need.  

Get lots of leads from Internet that are thousands of miles from my home base.

Get some estimates on what you want to get done, labor and material.

Even an entry level job at a big box store may be enough to at least get you a discount on materials and a great way to network with local landlords and other trades people.

You shouldn't commit mortgage fraud, leave alone admit to it all over the internet.

What I also did (and do) while visiting is lay out for the PM what materials I would want to do any renovations with.  

They also stole a few thousand dollars worth of materials when they finally got fired, claiming that the materials were stolen from them.

for one, all-inclusive price, you could provide a private bedroom, free internet and cable, access to kitchen and bathroom, private parking, close to school, safe, clean, etc. 

Hello Fellow BPers,I enjoy reading the forums, but there are many times like international trips where I don't have  access to the web, but have time to read.Is there a way I can "download" specific forum topics and read it on my E-reader without internet access?

I have 2 options available. 1) Attend classes in person (~$1,000) http://www.championsschool.com/real-estate-school/... 2) Online classes (~$500)My question is this - would the recommendation be to attend classes in person or would online courses/study material suffice?
