Being a Landlord whilst in college?

Hi, all.

Just wanted to introduce myself, my first post here. My name is Andrew and I'm currently in my second semester of my Junior year in college. I've been investing in the stock market and been quite successful, and am looking at branching out my investments.

My friend and I have been doing lots of research into rental properties and have decided we want to pursue it after we graduate in 2018. Some really good deals have came up, though, and we are toying with the idea of buying now, and managing while attending class. Kind of like an evening job kind of thing.

Is this completely unreasonable?
