Would love to do 20+ flips this year but don't see that being possible without access to 100% financing through private lenders.

I agree with many others who have said they love the concept, but unless the data has a high degree of accuracy & integrity, it isn't worth the "paper" it's printed on. 

I used to live in SLO and loved visiting SB.
