I think there good and bad people in S8 and non S8.The issue is you have to deal w/ the government, which is (of course) slow.and the market rent tends to be less.I have heard that, since this is an entitlement program, that you will have drama. again, comes down to screening.I would think S8 tenants would want to do good as they fear they can lose their voucher.

.- Wall Street lost their **** for two weeks ("volatility" is what the economists call it when Wall Street loses it's ****), 30 year fixed mortgage rates went up, down, sideways, did a back flip, and went all over the place.

Yes, if the house sells for more than is owed and costs of f/c sale, the owner would be entitled to the excess, but that is more a theory than something that really ever happens in reality (except in very rare cases).
