You can only reduce your spending so much, I'm not sure how the job marker there works, but I'm sure you can find some way to move up financially.On another note, if you are able to increase your income, for long distance investing you're definitely going to want to know someone you trust who is knowledgeable in the market you're trying to get into.

If you have a family, work 3 jobs to feed those little mouths and you just don't have enough hours in a day to do this on your own.. sure.. that is a good reason to get a mentor, HOWEVER if this IS your life, I still doubt you will make it simply because you have other priorities.

Your job isn’t to negotiate price over the phone, especially when you are working with a very limited amount of leads.
